You can get a second one for the property you wish to STR.There is a two-guest per bedroom limit, but there's no possible way they're going to bust you for going over it.All in all, the regulation is great if you live in the city because it effectively blocks outsiders.

Try to focus on properties that were built after 1960The reason for this is because the foundation of the property is likely made from poured in concrete or block construction.Poured in concrete is favorable because it allows for less water penetration into the basement.The mechanicals of the property are likely more in line with today's building code.

I find that going through the traditional eviction process can take anywhere between 30-45 days till then they will not only get plenty of time to stay but also burn lots and lots of my $$ and might even cause damage to furnished place that I shall give them.
