Hello,Does anyone have any creative solutions for managing packages at 100+ unit apartment complexes?

To my dismay, one of the old managers of the complex informed me that the owners had just sold the property to someone else!

It's not an incredibly complex idea but it's important that you know all that goes into it.

I will have around 100k to be used on a personal property and/or first deal.My goal is to focus on commercial real estate using cash flowing apartment complexes in order set myself up for early retirement.

I own a 12 unit complex in New Castle, so am very familiar with Spiceland. 

Do I keep my 12 units that I currently have and use the 375k to buy a bigger sized complex?

However, the profit I am making on SF ($300-$550 a month) could be made on each door of a MF/apartment complex.

I’m a relatively new investor and have the opportunity to buy a 42 unit complex roughly 2 hours from where I live.

Tennessee, Missouri, Alabama, Georgia are possibilities.Eventually, if I can do well with a few SFR's, I'd like to move into multi-family, perhaps starting with duplexes and triplexes and eventually apartment complexes.
