If you want to sell the 20K property, you're going to be looking for another investor that sees it as a deal and is willing to sink their cash into it, not an emotional buyer that will spend 100K because the house has nice flooring.Of course this is a personal decision, but I've personally chosen to stick with leverage and properties that are in a higher rent/price bracket.

The second building the previous owners failed to disclose (They said they had no clue) that the plumbing needed to be completely relaid as the material chosen for the pipes was of very poor quality and was prone to bursting.
