Our experience is not very different from that of many that we have read in BP, in our case ABC sold me and my wife, two properties in Baltimore, as we live in LATAM and we are foreign investors, the negotiation was made by ABC Capital Miami. In the case of my property, ABC offered "rental guarantee for one year" (February 21, 2020-2021), ABC collected 11 months of rent paid by the tenant and corresponding to the months of March to November 2020, March and April 2021 and DID NOT PAY ANYTHING.In the case of my wife's property, ABC says that it was abandoned by the tenant, it is not known for sure when and they notified us 5 or 6 months later.
