I believe that Champions School of RE is one that offers in-person courses and maybe even online as well.

Warren and Lawrence townships on the east side have some good C class neighborhoods but you have to be careful.

Sorry for the question being so vague Lawrence town ship I was looking into a few property's there and also the eastside of Indianapolis looks like englewood mayb a bit further east but in that general area

Hi Lawrence,Unless you are putting down 50% or doing value add and raising rents it makes zero sense to buy the multi-units in the South Bay. 

@Lawrence Ferguson mainly Cincinnati but Pittsburgh is not out of the question.
