I was doing my little nosy  visit during construction and thankfully so because I discovered the day before the contractor was to start setting tile, the supplier gave them the WRONG TILE, and it was ugly tile too. 

Also, if you have the supplier/type of bathroom tile you used that would be great too!  

@Daniel Sanniti between the feasibility study (will give you an idea of what’s renting in your local market), the metal/door supplier (a company like trachte building system) and your vision of what the building should look like (might need an architect for that) you can get a estimate of what your unit mix should look like for best profitability on your investment.

The electric supplier to Vero has been coming up with any and every reason to stop the sale from happening, and the sale is currently at a loggerhead because of them.  

Go to a stair supply store and ask for reference/installer, two of my stair supplier have their own license and install them.2.

Unless you have a good arsenal of contractors and suppliers that are affordable and reliable, you can get way over budget. 

I called the manufacturer of the tiles and got the names of the local suppliers, I called them and asked for the names of who they considered to be their most knowledgeable installers of the tiles.  

When dealing with a supplier that also manages the assets everything is going to be presented in the best case scenario.

If not, just disregard.If so, I don't personally have any recommendations for you on installers, but I'll share with you a few suppliers in Charlotte. 

Look for ways to get discounts on the volume of your business -insurance, commercial rates on suppliers such as carpet and appliances.
