Most of my investments are within 5 miles of the Detroit border...some are within a half mile, all are doing better than Detroit.You're correct when you say "Detroit has a way to go".  

Maybe drag your feet and quit displaying so much interest.

I'm as close to Canada that you could get without crossing the border if that helps anyone... :)
