I do have liability umbrella insurance, but I want to set up a better business structure for long term growth the correct way.

For some reason, they think a bigger group is better and then in three days, every wholesaler and scammer is posting links to their BS.

To date, I have many rentals in my own name (with a liability umbrella policy) as many financial institutions are leery of lending to an LLC but now that I am doing more DSCR, I have created a couple of LLCs as the lender only wants to lend to an entity, not individual. 

I plan on installing some form of termite protection after purchasing anyway, but is there anyway to make sure I'm not buying a house with a full blown infestation that could become a bigger issue?

I've already done one cycle (BRRRR) myself without partners and I am on track to buy bigger units, so it can be done.

And yes I know no chipping paint but you know if you have done exterior paint on older buildings that is the bigger source of remediation costs doing it right or residing.

If it is for asset protection.....doesn't matter do which ever, and have a GREAT insurance policy with an umbrella.
