Are there any annoying tenants in the building?  

Then had him inspect another home that we ended up purchasing.It's not letting me post a phone number or email address (annoying) but you can google him.

(sidenote: I get very annoyed by the contractors who wont give you the time of day/demand you name your first born after them during busy times but when the economy crashes they call you up begging you for work....I digress) The guy I met with was ready to go, had some great Ideas and our styles meshed well.

That's annoying.

Fellow investors: it is so annoying to rehab a cash- or hard-money-purchased rental then have to wait six months before doing a traditional/conventional/conforming/Fannie/Freddie cash-out refi. 

If they can get it running again quickly, its a minor annoyance.

In the lounge at work, the nurses always have on those reality house-flip shows, and honestly they just annoy me...

I can tell you right now the manager won't appreciate it and might create a bit of annoyance dealing with a client like that.

BUT if you lived together before and did well, you trust him and he won't annoy you or make your life miserable, I think this has a lot of worth.It depends on you really. 

It's one thing for me and my husband to be annoyed at picking up tenants' dog poop, but I'm not going to potentially subject another tenant to that.
