Check the local banks and credit unions. 25 year amortization is more typical for a loan that size so I would make sure 30 yr am is accurate.

The only accurate way to pull equity, in my opinion, is for the house to be appraised and then calculate the equity based on the appraised value (not the purchased year and price).

I actually wasn't accurate enough in my post above - it'll cashflow for us within the next year or two, it just needed lots of repairs over the last few years (bought as a fixer-upper, built in late 1800's).

I prefer the Redfin app for more accurate info and better search capabilities than Zillow, but it’s not available in all areas.
