Totally understandable that you may have time to commit to it, as it is extremely hands own.

It's not free government money being given to careless, loafing, dead end residents.

But if you are just buying a home that you will keep as is...that's something that just about all of us do pretty easily.Feel free to reach out directly if you want to talk it through some. 

I think 10% total return is a good baseline (although can be dependent on the deal and price point).
