Also try to reconfigure the bathroom... if all walls are non load bearing you may be able to fit a bathroom and a hallway without mesing with exterior walls...take a tape measure, pencil and paper and try every single possible combination.... look for floor plans online... i love this webpage https://www.dimensions.com/ele... for me the minimum bathroom is 9 by 5, 5 being the bathtub

The structure smelled like cat waste and many lower portions of wall gypsum had to be replaced, as well as other re-rehabilitation measures taken.I have never seen this with dogs--must be something about cats in particular that makes this happen.In this business we run into other mental health issues also, uber aggressiveness, suicides, etc...

You might see something where they'll take duplexes that are larger or smaller that have sold recently in a mile +/- radius from the subject property or even triplexes that are closer to size and make adjustments to them to accommodate, but my bet is that is a last resort measure.
