You can get a few hundred business cards printed up for $20 or less, with your contact info and even some brief bullet points of what you do, then leave a few at bus stops, laundry mats, barber shops, hand them out when networking, leave them at the door or mailbox of the houses you've noted when driving for dollars, etc... same with postcards.

Seems like guests would not be opening and closing it between uses (especially a true pool safe cover with straps) so I don’t see any real added protection there.

Good luck.OH ya just buy a bunch of rentals and retire with passive income.. be financially free. when in fact if you have debt your financially strapped to these things.. until you sell them.
