@Nupur Daruka - trying to put stated funded tenants into an HOA property is frequently a recipe for disaster.  

The BiggerPockets' "Find a lender" tool is a great option for connecting with reputable, investor-friendly lenders. 

Over the last 10 years I've created and maintained relationships with investors, now friends.

Find boyfriend that work as contractor, seriously LOL rather than pay 40k for the guru.My very best friend now is my contractor.

I do know that the pricing varies based on the unit count as well as what level you sign up for; but overall, it's super user-friendly for tenants, PM's & owners.Plus they're always updating their software and adding new automation features to make everything so simple as well as well as great customer support.
