A little background on me - I have my MBA and have worked in the NFL for about 5 years with both the Miami Dolphins and Denver Broncos as a Football Operations Assistant.

In those few weeks, I’d like to rent out the property short term on Airbnb or vrbo as the property I’m looking at is walking distance to the Cardinals Football Stadium.

-I'm so confused right now....Please enlighten me.Lets step away from real estate for a moment and talk about football. 

Kinda like Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown - Yet we never learn.

Just talk friends about football, Netflix or any other shallow topic.  

You’d be shocked at how often a bond over golf, football, steak, or music can get you to the closing table.

MY 4 bedroom is right at 100k with plenty of football left to play. 

There care much more about the location and it's proximity to fun things in college (i.e. bars and football stadiums).A 4/1 versus a 4/2 might not a make difference, either.

So, whenever the cap rate is so low, they're definitely making their $$$$  from the selling.Now, if you're an out of state or a novice investor and anything goes wrong (and it will) at these low cap rates, your chances to make money bidding on football in Las Vegas are better.       

On a personal note, I enjoy sports (football, soccer and hockey the most) and love to hike and spend my free time outdoors.
