Interest rates are at an all time low so if I were in your shoes, I would get a loan on your home and invest the other funds (keeping a portion for cash needs for your investment properties).  

I am in your shoes as far as finances and I am starting slow as well.

I'm new as well and I'm pretty much in the same shoes as you are.

If you were standing in my shoes today, what would you do in this situation?

Remember, when you sublet you step into the shoes of a landlord thus have responsibilities to the same and limitations on certain remedies.

So my question is if you were in my shoes how would you take advantage of these mobile homes?
