Properties here are selling like hot cakes so why would owners even want to wholesale their house?

It's like having your cake and eating it too!

NYC starting back in 2010 and then literally dozens of other cities across the US and the world: San Fran, LA, Austin, Denver, London, Paris, Barcelona, Anaheim, Santa Monica... 

I wouldn't be surprised if they brought birthday balloons and a cake.

I have ended up making a cleaning/set up checklists for the properties (after saying for months that I needed to do it) since there are little things that they forget to do like cleaning out the soap dish, putting bottles of water in the fridge, or putting the cake of soap in the shower, etc.

Getting on the lower end of that bracket is just icing on the cake.

I have a decent job that pays pretty well, so cash flow is not priority and just icing on the cake.

The property will cash flow now with just the stick built house so adding mobiles is frosting on the cake. 

Rate and fees are like a see saw- you can't quite have your cake and eat it too.

All element's are present for this "chaos cake" to come out the oven.
