Getting proof is usually the hardest part on lease violations (sometimes witnesses are required), but you have that already.

If you talk to them or go to the property, bring another person with you to witness.

What I have witnessed in my many years dealing with these companies, they look for any reason to deny title insurance because they do not want a claim filed against them.

The DA then took it for him taking the equine drugs and using them himself and being exposed by a witness as to being too drugged up to get out of his chair andleaving the horse to suffer with no drugs and then also diverting  a slew of drugs throughout the years selling them on the streets which came out in the hearing.

The one in ON  where you are based would simply go through the documents and witness your signature and the one in AB would prepare all of the documents.

@Nicole Clemens You could ask for ID, videotape the signing of the document, bring a witness, ect.I would also meet in person at the property and verify nobody else is there.
