Hi @Jeff Rabinowitz,Yes, I am an advocate of 1031 Exchange as a Qualified Intermediary, but we are trust advisors that also advise against 1031 Exchanges when they are not suitable or appropriate for the client, and there are many cases where they are not appropriate.
