But until you reached that point in your experience, how did you set goals and know what strategies were appropriate as you began to strive towards achieving them?

I am striving to take on any project that comes my way.

I'm at a point now where I'm trying to network constantly with others striving for huge goals.

At the risk of sounding rude, but with the best intentions, you should strive to get your real estate knowledge to the point where you can make this decision on your own.What's your goal? 

Etc. . .From an investor/Realtor/business owner perspective, I never want to be the cheapest or the most expensive on the market, whether I'm selling or leasing, I just strive to be the best value to my clients/customers -- that guarantees me a steady source of business.Good Luck -- You'll do great!

Instead say something like I am looking to improve my networking as I diligently strive to increase my capital and I am looking to gain experience from seasoned investors.  

My husband and I are new to real estate investing but know that it’s the path that we would like to navigate together as we strive for financial freedom, escaping the rat-race, and growing into entrepreneurs.
