That is not right, moral, fair, and it's also "unjust enrichment" in a majority of states. 2) Only hire licensed contractors like myself, PERIOD, don't hire unlicensed people or the cheapest bid, because then you will sometimes get scammed or assaulted or stolen from.

For many landlords these are better sources than Craigslist (ads often get "stolen" on Craigslist by scammers and reposted by them with lower rental rates)  and these rental sources allow more details and pictures than Craigslist.

It does not state that the tenant has to be present:http://www.800helpfla.com/landlord_text.htmlThe only problem I can foresee is the tenant falsely claiming something was stolen from the house while the buyer was there looking.If this idea doesn't work, maybe you could pay her a few hundred dollars to be out by X date, and avoid the hassle of an eviction?
