I made 5 figures of income trading sports cards by swapping cards kids wanted (usually current stars) for old fogeys like Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle.

The late nights and weekend hours are getting to be a little tough now that my 2 kids are starting school and sports.

I've been to seymour multiple times to visit Acme Sports, been downtown Seymour to visit Bite the Bullet.

Just look at all the other land grabs, med center expansions, 'professional' sports program expansions, etc., etc. etc. they've executed in the last 2-3 decades.

Of course if I was able to time those peaks and valleys I'd be sipping mai tais while watching obscure sports on TV and not pretending to work at my desk.  

Football, sports, hobbies, golf, tennis, pretty much most people love excuses to talk nonbusiness things here and there.We are living in amazing times, it never ceases to amaze me that we are SO CONNECTED nowadays, I can almost reach anyone at anytime with social media.

Contact folks in tax sale - yep - go knock on their door - your competition won't be doing that.Dress well - a good suit or sport jacket - tie or nice open collar shirt - a shine on your shoes and a well groomed face, and hands.
