Just my 2 cents of what I notice, so if you have experience on those topics share it, and it will pay off.

I wanted to share this information and keep it here for myself as well. 

Few notes: I will not touch the money in these accounts unless the income is being used to buy a flip or another property, which is about 10 months for me so that money will be sitting there.I am considering a HYSA from Capital one as i saw as of today their APY is 4+% with a minimum deposit of $10KI will be using baselane to organize and manage these transactions.Any criticism / advice is welcome :)I will share what we do. 

My partner however is NOT a real estate professional and won’t be able to capitalize on the deductions as much as I will be able to due to their share of the “loss” being a passive loss.

On refinances, I use Community Bank because they do 90% LTV, but if we can get 10% down on the buy side too that would be greatHey Griffin, let's connect and I'll share the information with you.

Another factor to consider is the part of town your property is in and if you would have more issues with tenants due to issues with shared space.
