High electricity bills in peak summer months run around $150.Asking price for the unit is $8,000.00.I would like to start a brainstorm session on the good, bad, and ugly of this scenario.

I don’t think I got a chance to meet you while at the event but I mentioned during one of my sessions that I have a video you can watch that discusses these sort of things.

@Matthew Paul  YUP I had a option on a 110 acre in PDX for 5.5 mil.. we got voted into the urban reserve ( in 10 years its a 40 million dollar property) 1000 Friends of Oregon sues reverses the decision state goes into emergency session and draws the line right around our property..
