How do you PAY back your contractor, did you take out a construction loan and repay them once the property sells or you refi?

So selling it to someone when you can't give them clean and insurable title can sometimes be an issue.At that price point, not so much. 8k properties tend to have a buyer pool that won't care as much that the title isn't insurable if they see the reason why is because it was bought at a tax sale. 

Your cashflow will be much higher than other markets, but you'll sell the property for what you bought it for seven years from now.

Same model house are selling for 10% more than what I bought for.

If you do go to sell it and it appreciated say 8%, that is going to be eaten up by your closing costs...Personally I do not see this as a deal.

By the way- You may also decide not to sell the properties but refinance and rent. 

I had to go through one eviction in the beginning, which is potentially why he was selling the property.
