Half were new address, half were a second round of mailers.  

You just need to keep looking for them.If your market doesn't work for any particular strategy, and you really want to use that strategy to invest, then you better change your market to one where that strategy works...or you're trying to fit a "round peg into a square hole".  

This time a round I found a triplex that is all fixed up and fully rented.

It almost like it was in the good ol' days, with people from LA traveling there year round for weekend getaways, and snow birds flocking down in the winter for longer stays.I have only done vacation rentals there, and the returns and cash flow has been more than I could have projected, so I'm a big fan and am always pointing people there.

The meeting would retain the same date and time as NMREIA (Wednesday January 20)  Doors at 6 PM, Speaker from 6:30-7:30 PM and a round table and haves and wants from 7:30 to 8 PM. 

Last year we had vey good occupancy thanks to Vegas being a year round market.

Since this is my first go round with pre foreclosures, I want to make sure I cross my T's and dot my I's.

So, it's a bit limited and not as well-rounded as one might like.Also, FB does NOT have local investor communities or support groups.

They did not allow for the properties to go to the second rounds and make sure the sellers went with me.

Ill double check the numbers, I know I was rounding a few of them.
