I am based in Spokane,WA but am looking to grow my portfolio in the MidWest.

At the same time, I completely understand why this strategy is prioritized since the return of capital is believed to be necessary to grow a portfolio.

With its unique Tex-Mex menu and brand appeal, Chuy’s has already established itself as the leading full-service Mexican chain, providing Darden a foothold in the rapidly growing Mexican cuisine sector.As the company looks to expand Chuy’s, it faces challenges in competing with local operators and navigating consumer preferences.

I will say say this though, this area is constantly growing.

Networking - They say that you need a superstar team to work with and grow your portfolio and help others to build theirs. 

Those companies will die out and the emerging ones who lead with quality sourcing/underwriting & have real estate experts at the helm will grow the market in my opinion. 

Remember, the notion of amassing wealth without investing is a dangerous myth perpetuated by self-proclaimed experts.

If your goal is to grow your portfolio now then you need to find a way to hit that goal. 

Remember that you don't "have to" do a deal.
