Great energy, thats what you need for real estate, lots of positive energy.

South Coast Supply in Los Alamitos sells material for block fencing and can give very good/ reliable contractor references for the install.

Be sure to make the contractor take you to examples and clients of work he has done this has been something we have not done but once we finally did we started to get way more reliable contractors. 

Hey @Brad WeaverJust my opinion, not a recommendation or telling you what to do, but all things being equal and you have reliable market data, you can take advantage of both.

But do care a lot about low energy bills.
