She just moved to another one and my PM hasn't gotten me the name of that one just yet.That's probably not an exhaustive list, even my PM is having a hard time keeping track.

With the Contractor having no insurance again you are more likely to be drawn into an lawsuit.I strongly recommend that you only use Licensed contractors with a good track record and with full insurance. 

And he would just say depends on how many tax free muni's one has.. and he had Lots :)  And the Money guy would kind of just be stopped in his/her tracks..

If they disclose quarterly you get tailwind in advance there is trouble and try to get them back on track or know way in advance they won't make it so can start early to line up another tenant.
