I recently took a $465K property in the poorest and least populated county in all of Florida to a $1.2-$1.3 Million valuation...belief me when I tell you ALL of that was forced...Like Scranton, we don't have the benefit of organic appreciation.Just some things to think about as you get started in storage!

My approach is plan for the worst and hope for the best.Is this the wake up call for most of America that living a consumerist lifestyle is not sustainable and that they need to serious change the way they manage money (or lack their of).They don't use budgets, they think promotions and raises is the answer to finally have a little extra money. 

Lots of things...My wife just got a promotion that will relocate us from Pensacola to Nashville.

Contrary to the belief that majority of people have, I think we will see a 60-80% correction in the stock market (getting close), 30-60% in real estate (expect lag).

Hopefully they make an exception and make it easier, my belief is they will.3.

Based on the events of the last few months and the volatility of the stock market, this belief may become a self-fulfilling prophecy. 

Will your promotion give you a pay bump big enough to cover this cost?

They are opposite reactions to the same belief.
