I talk to folks all the time that contact us for our line of credit product that it is just not suitable for after they explain their plan. 

I am not sure this ends well for these folks.

Looking to understand more about the nuts/bolts of what these folks are pitching.

Investing in MO and AK has worked out well for a lot of folks over the last few years. 

There are a few Duluth or Superior based folks active in the forums with varying degrees of regularity.  

I am very interested in meeting/conversing with some like minded folks who may be able to offer some advice on where to get started on this journey!!

Some things I advise folks having seen partnerships go south - Get really clear not just on who does what but contingency plans.
