I am moving into the Pensacola, FL market in about 3-4 months to start flight training for the Marine Corps.

I was TDY (TAD for you Marine types) to the area for 4 months and lived on Topsail, but often found myself in Swansboro on the weekends.

Usually the specialize in what type of recoveries they do, vehicle, marine, aircraft, equipment and other personal property.

I'm a new investor (0 deals), and we live in Marin County, in the SF Bay Area.

Here in Marin County a fully-paid off 4/2 or spacious 3/2 SFR can clear $50K-$60K/year. 

I live in the Bay Area as well (Marin County) and invest locally and out of state.
