The Alabama Secretary of State has an online list of registered agent services.You will also need a business license in the community where the rental property is located.Do not be so confident you are truly anonymous.

Go to local real estate meetups and see what investors also have a license.

The person listing it might just be using a basic definition of something like "less than 1 year old". b) Whether a licensed and insured contractor was used doesn't change inspection requirements.

This is why they are now forbidden to be used by REAL ESTATE AGENTS  I suspect private party no licensed agents involved can do what ever they please in this regard.Also you probably heard that the Master bedroom now for agents must be referred to as the primary.. 

Since loans are considered securities, most states require a security exemption, which can be prohibitively expensive.At least one state, California, automatically grants licensed CA real estate brokers an exemption without requiring them to go through the expensive registration process.  

Homes with active permits can transfer to the new owner but unlicensed properties will need to wait for a license until the currently active rentals drops by roughly 100 licenses.
