what are the pros/cons of investing in University or college area

I looked through my business operations guidelines and could not find that word.Jacob I would advise against condos or apartments as students will cause neighbour complaints.Student hosing has higher returns but require a much more hands on management style.

PM has to pay for their time... owner does not want to pay for their time to go shopping and such... like James wise says its not a money maker for them .. but owners think they are getting hosed... its a lose lose as opposed to a win win :)
