I believe that if you build it "they" will come; "they" being the types of people like myself who want to be close to downtown and work/school and have a tough skin not to be intimidated by crime stats, or the occasional cop chase. 

Just as many customers who cant manage their finances as there are contractors .Heres why I get money up front , the customer must have skin in the game .

I believe Norada is just broker and they have no skin in  game except $$ in sending traffic to TK providers.

Also learning and commanding knowledge of other ways to "skin the cat".

I normally wouldn't go for the low cash flow, but you don't have any "skin" in the game, meaning low risk.

You have to have tough skin and go through 100 no's to find one yes. 

They tend to charge a much higher interest rate, or at least a decent equity split, since the actual borrower doesn't have much skin in the game.
