I live in Gilbert and focus on the east valley area, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley etc.Mesa and Apache Junction are going to be more affordable than Gilbert and have a higher quantity without HOA.

I prefer quality over quantity.

When we do sell these types of notes, they're usually being sold in larger quantity on loan exchanges and through brokers.But to answer your question, I often say it's a lot like buying hard property...meaning there's really no one size fits all answer!

They will still exist, but in a much lower quantity where they have to surcharge their transactions perhaps, and technology platforms will take over (like Travelocity, and Expedia did in the travel space).
