You can also sign up for different types of magazines at Lowes - probably Home Depot too - they send out the magazine once a quarter with a 10% off coupon in it and if you sign up as a contractor or a realtor a Lowes - they also send you just a discount coupon on a regular basis that is 10% off.Next you can go to Lowes and look at the very bottom of the page and sign up as a Realtor - you can send gift coupons from you to your home buyers and clients direct from lowes with your name on it - they also send you coupons though there.The bid room at Home Depot can save you between 12% and 18%, but you have a minimum purchase and you need to sumbit your whole list for them to price.

I won't even go to places to eat once I find my tenant works there out of fear...not that they did anything, but they will "gift" you something they don't own and then also expect the favor back in rents.....it just doesn't work out.
