There are almost endless ways to make money and help others with REI.

resources are endless and as long as US and  China buy them its fine.I am not sure though why the Loonie is so low to the dollar..

The prices are still a lot lower in Cleveland because Columbus got most of the attention, but Ohio, in general, is a place where opportunity is endless for OOS investors! 

So unless you have an endless money pile and don't really care you might want to review your options and revisit your goals.

While that may be true in some extent, the market is far from being perfect, otherwise nobody would make money, and the very concept of opportunistic investment wouldn't even exist.A smart investment is to buy low and sell high with a calculated risk, and i find that very few understand that simple concept.The reason why large cities have so low cap rates, is that domestic and foreign investors mostly focus exclusively on these overhyped cities and speculate on endless appreciation despite poor fundamentals, low yields and overpriced assets. 

We also don’t all have the luxury of selecting from an endless line of perfect tenant candidates either...
