Wow I could only dream of houses for that price!

I enjoy my job plenty, but it doesn't hold a candle to my dreams of more time with my future family and freedom to pursue entrepreneurship without working for basic living expenses. 

The house is 330k(which is a pretty hefty amount over here but it is a quality house ) its my wifes "dream house".

We currently live full time in a town house and of course would love to buy our dream home as our primary residence.

How I got started: I built my wife her dream home and we bought a REO (foreclosure) and did all the repairs ourselves, then lived in it as our home was being built.

Get to know them and share your dreams for the slab. 

I actually have a friend that used a love letter and was able to secure their dream home, so I will most definitely work on putting one together.

Coming from south Florida 15 years ago, I could have never dreamed of land and terrain like this.

I don't necessarily consider them Investors, like on BP, because typically they are just wanting to re-coup some money on their dream vacation home during the months that they aren't in town.Any thoughts from STR peeps?
