Have you looked up other MTRs and how they work, and is this the direction you want to go?

Hi, I am Canadian, and I am not a registered agent, but interested in seller finance, so my question is can I talk to sellers directly or I have to do this through an agent that represents me? 

Right now Im not paying for leads closing around 20 deals per year directly from people reaching out to me.

Luckily, it's directly spelled out in our governing documents that assessment debt can't be passed from previous owners to new owners.
