out of curiosity I checked on google earth, buts up to a commercial lot with train tacks right behind it. id say a big no no

I do like, however, to use google earth to check out the area surrounding the property. 

The level of having a business in the commercial side contracting is heaven and earth than that of the level where investors hire their “contractors” (90% Joe +1 with truck and tools).

I believe work is something we all have to do on this earth.

I'll go to the end of the earth and back not to give this company any more money.

some of my turnkey vendors there markets have shot up pretty good since 2012.many markets are bouncing back but as we know middle earth did not falter as far as other markets so it did not go down as much so the bounce back is not as pronounced.

We keep our walls to a neutral earth tone.

Here's the thing: I find the "no booking fees" model appealing, of course, but from a business perspective, how on earth is a site like that going to handle the R&D and advertising costs necessary to even begin to compete with AirBNB and HA/VRBO?  

In the bay area they have limited the vertical growth, partially due to earth quakes, but also out of a desire to keep it looking pretty.
