Like a lot of you, I troll craigslist for extra fridges, stoves, etc and when a good deal comes up on tile, doors, or normal things I go through a lot, I stock up on them.

Or even during the summer in especially hot climates (working on clay and tile roofs in Phoenix, for example).As an example, I spent the winter working on a project up north, where part of the buyer's lender's conditions for sale was that the house needed to be painted (it had really bad peeling paint), but the temperatures didn't get above 50 degrees for about three months, and paint won't stick in cold temperatures.

I dont give them any tools, I dont pay them per hour, I dont tell them when to work. here is a code to the lockbox, here is he project. the price to remodel the bathroom is say $1000, tiles, grout, glue, durrock is on the jobsite. when you do it is not my problem. it cannot take more than 3 days. all that is written in the contract. they do not have their own insurance, I have a builders risk insurance to cover myself. will that work in case he fells off the bathtub and brakes his leg ?
