If you aren't brilliant and don't have any scholarships, your first few years of college is essentially paying the college to give you the same education you can probably get cheaper at a community college.Colleges exist not to pass along knowledge, but to seek larger endowments, expand their real estate breadth and reach, continue their upward climb in rankings, and always increase number of students YOY.

All known to be brilliant at what they do but lack common  street smarts.   

I think its a brilliant move personally.. that's why I was curious and was hoping you would expound..   

My current position is attractive because the is a possibility of an ownership stake and the current owner has a brilliant business mind and I consider him a mentor.

Since discovering bp one year ago I find it to be a priceless resource of brilliant minds far smarter than myself.

Matt, one reason i enjoyed stansberry interview with lacy hunt is when asked point blank will there be a "debt jubilee", which is what stansberry has been selling hard for some time, he got completely shut down by hunt.Really worth checking out, brilliant guy, but haaard to listen to him talk in highly technical terms with his slow monotone voice.

especially high value high appreciating markets were Equity far exceeds the 500k tax free  Brilliant move.. putting that one in my quiver  :)  PS  sold 3 homes this week alone  !!!
