I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good Debt Recovery Company we are in central Illinois.

It's on the S&P website, Housing Views from 2013 and it's entitled, "The Recovery Gap between Single- and Multifamily Housing Markets".  

I've always been interested in Real Estate, have been in a career the last 30 years of coaching and consulting Olympic level athletes and Coaches, and am ready for something new.

Since I'm House hacking, that means I pretty much see my tenant on the other side daily... my job and the activities I engage it don't call for me to DRESS in business casual so it kinda forces me to dress more so athletic, (joggers, vans, basketball ball shorts, snapback hats etc) every now and then when I can I'll dress up with some chinos and a polo.

Personal perspective here but the timeframes mentioned are right after the .com crash and right after the sub-prime mortgage recovery had been going for, what, a year?  

Landlord covers electric meter for common area, the gas meter, water, sewage and trash; however, expense recoveries are built into existing leases.  

I would go with one 50 gallon unit and increase the MBTU to boost recovery or a standard 75 gallon.
