I am confused with “quarterly estimated payments”.

Note even though I thought I used conservative cost estimates, I blew the one I just completed.  

Based on conservative estimates, I anticipate the property will be worth double what I offered and will net at least 2x current net.

They are only averaging estimates and not comparing similar properties/amenities. 2.

People usually estimate about 10% of revenue for cleaning expenses.

I got a good deal on the home, approximately $50 – $100k under market value, but I now have conditions for the conventional loan.

Could I sell a piece of land in Louisiana for $840.00 paid for with $20.00 US Gold Coins (approximate value of $100k) and have the sale recorded as a $840.00 transaction as opposed to a $100,000.00 transaction?

My experience 1 investment 200 thousand in self storage in Germany have been receiving average cash-flow of 10% over the 7 year history and that does not include the asset value of my 200 Thousand dollars today estimated to be around 500 thousand 

I would estimate it would cost 75-100K just to make this property liveable. 

With 100 homeowners who received a cost estimate only 5 remained in the program due to costs of a single conversion climbing up to $1M...it's just not worth it.https://citylimits.org/2023/03/13/in...about-cellars/If there was something in place that was more affordable, I'm sure more homeowners would be willing to take this route, myself included, to meet the city standards.
