@Brandon West, This is by no means legal advice - but my lawyer in AZ who helped me setup my LLC for my rental property told me to just reissue the title w/ the county recorder in the name of the LLC, update Title Insurance to reflect the LLC, and not notify the lender.

This might involve updating certain aspects of the property to meet modern standards.Permit Acquisition: Obtain all necessary permits from the city, which may include demolition permits, building permits, electrical permits, and plumbing permits.Restoration Process:Debris Removal: Clear out all debris and damaged materials from the property.

Many renovations and updates are already done (half the windows, all bathrooms, both kitchens) and I love a Tudor.

It’s also prudent to review and update your properties' safety measures, such as installing fire alarms and security systems, as these can sometimes help reduce insurance costs.

New flooring, new paint, new fixtures, updated kitchen and bathroom.

Also another reason people can need to pivot from utilizing conventional loans is their DTI gets capped or they are self employed and thus despite having ample liquidity to conduct the transaction they’d trying to do, can’t document income to the lender’s standards.  

Communication has been a major issue, and I'm finding it difficult to get timely updates or clear answers from them.Given these challenges, I am losing faith in their ability to manage the property effectively and am seriously considering switching to a new property manager.Has anyone experienced similar issues?
