The variation among different states would be in the duration of the redemption period; it will be at least 120 days, but it could be longer in states where state law allows for a longer redemption period than that (like I believe MI would have).

There is some variation among the different States that offer the Series LLC, but you will likely only being paying for a single registered agent and single annual State compliance (if applicable).

Also, I'd include a clause about dividends not starting until after a certain maintenance level of funding has been hit (don't pay out all the surplus -- you never know when a plumber or tree guy has to be called in).This is a variation of Think Globally, Act Locally.  

Since its NNN its expenses and NOI are much better defined than for a SFR or apartment building where there are a lot of variations.

Trusts have some variations from state to state, so take care to get proper advice.

In this one county I have to get data from the Assessor office, Treasurer office and Recorder of Deeds - and each office uses a different variation of the Parcel number to get the records. 

Every lender is different so you will see variations of what I wrote.
