You never know until you ask:) There are ones out there that have special, temporary products that will do it, but it's extremely rare, usually temporary, and used as a promotional product...and then it disappears. 

I understand the time and labor that goes into promotion and I completely agree that using a service, at least when starting out, would be worth it.

First, they are extremely easy to install, and a lot of bathroom companies promote a one-day installation.

PLEASE stop promoting the 70% rule.It is a really REALLY srtupid rule.If you come in with your 70% offer, I will beart it by 10s of thousands of dollars.

Some of the techniques that one sees promoted may have worked very well a decade ago and I am sure that people are finding deals with Driving for Dollars, mailers and Bandit Signs but in many markets they are done to death and actually tick sellers / owners off more often than not.

These types of listings are now getting promoted more, while more average listings (like a regular house or condo) are getting pushed down in search results.

Do you own the properties you sell or are you a promoter simply taking a fee from Turnkey companies to market their companies?

Since I’m a TX native I had that advantage, but this promotion would put me out of my element.
