I haven't tried using "Rehab, Duplex etc" because I think those terms are used too frequently to be of any value to me.

@Andy Collins Glad you survived what could have been a serious injury.I was just reading an article about Disability Insurance for the self-employed & apparently some of the more frequent claims are from rental home owners. 

I am also a social media/inbound marketing person so I am on most social media sites very frequently.  

I do recommend you get your license - it's not expensive and well worth the extra bonuses you get but it's to necessary.Real estate brokers (who own brokerages and have realtors working under them) will frequently steer you away from wholesaling because it cuts them out of the deal - they don't get a cut of a commission because there is none - you're acting as a principal in the transaction. 

If we see poor housekeeping during a maintenance inspection we will have frequent housekeeping inspections, as concern areas will just get worse and worse.  

No one really wants to talk about this but it happens frequently in this business.

WE don't plan on disbursing rental income to each other very frequently. 

Also, with respect to the "protection" part of entities, it's complicated, and will frequently fail in small businesses where you are the only employee.
