What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

My thought with the bottom section was to try and match the style of my original handwritten note.

These will still require a decent credit score and at least 25% down payment.  

I’ll be moving to Fairfield county and commuting to my day job in NYC.From central ct originally so would like to be closer to home..a garage and car would also be nice ;)

I think you missed some critical details in his original post:1.

We launched our CRM InvestorFuse in 2016 the original version being on Podio (A Turnkey CRM for wholesalers/investors doing their own direct-to-seller marketing). 

Cant find anyone in NJ to work with... might have to move to miami to work with you lol Rentals in the mid-west has been and is still the play, I am from LI originally, have not touched that market in 15 years.
